Brief Review |
Hamartoma is the most common benign tumor of the lung. Most hamartomas are located peripherally in the lung
parenchyma, near the pleural surface. Main CT finding of endobronchial hamartoma is an endobronchial mass with or without obstructive pneumonia. |
