5-15% of malignant neoplasm
    Bronchogenic carcinoma, breast carcinoma, malignant melanoma, lymphoma, leukemia

Primary: Mesothelioma, fibrosarcoma.

ericardial effusion, pericardial thickening/enhancement, pericardial nodule/mass, invasion of myocardium/lung

Pericardial Tumor: Benign

Pericardial cyst: Most common
- Others: intrapericardial teratoma, brochogenic cyst, thymoma, lymphangioma, lipoma
