per 10 high-power fields)

pleomorphism
- hemorrhage
- necrosis

Gross findings that distinguished benign from malignant tumors
-
more than 10cm
- less pedunculated
- atypical sites (parietal pleura of the chest wall,
diaphragm, or mediastinum)

necrosis and hemorrhage
