Brief Discussion

OP findings:
-RUPV to SVC, small RA & small RA appendage 
-ASD 15mm, sinus venosus type

OP : Warden procedure
- Intraatrial baffling, RUPV to LA
- SVC division, SVC-RA appendage anastomosis)

PAPVR
- Most frequent on the right
- Usual site:  SVC, right atrium, coronary sinus, left innominate vein
- ASD usually present
