– Diffuse GGO with ill-defined nodules
– Some proportion of iodized oil in hepatic artery leave the liver through normal hepatic vasculature or
an arteriovenous hepatic shunt of HCC -> embolize the pulmonary vascular network
– Most severe 2-10 D after TACE
– Time required to reach toxic concentration of free fatty acids
– > 20 mL of iodized oil (>0.3 mL/kg)
