– Central mass /c or /s postobstructive pneumonia and/or peripheral atelectasis

Solitary pulmonary nodule

– Sharply marginated oval or lobulated intraluminal mass adapting to the branching features of the airways
– Postobstructive pneumonia or distal bronchial dilatation with mucoid impaction
– Punctate calcifcation (50%)
– Mild contrast enhancement

Metastasis to the regional LN: rare
