Chief Complaint :
Dyspnea for three days. Fifteen years ago, he underwent subsegmentectomy of LUL and LLL due to lung nodules.

Incidental finding of solitary pulmonary nodule. Follow-up chest radiograph 8 months later (below) showed slightly increased size of the nodule (about 2 mm in diameter).
