Diagnosis With Brief Discussion
- Diagnosis
- Bronchogenic cyst
- Radiologic Findings
- PA shows a well-defined anterior mediastinal mass with peripheral thin linear calcification.
CT shows a large cystic mass in the right anterior mediastinum.
There is a mass effect to the adjacent structures, but invasion to adjacent structures are not definite.
Peripheral curvilinear and punctate wall calcifications were noted.
Thoracoscopic mass removal was done and final diagnosis was bronchogenic cyst with dystrophic calcification.
