- Chest PA shows a few nodular opacities at periphery of right middle lung zone, near the minor fissure. A focal nodular opacity is also seen in right hilar area.
CT scans with lung window setting show an irregular opacity with sharp border at subpleural region of posterior segment of right upper lobe. Some daughter nodules are visible around the mass. Two tubular opacities are seen in both upper lobe. Right one contains air filled tract, showing a tract. Left one directly contacts with the mediastinal pleura.
