- Tracheobronchomegaly (Mounier Kuhn syndrome)
- Radiologic Findings
- Posteroanterior and lateral chest radiographs show marked dilatation of the trachea and both main bronchi. Volume rendering and coronal images show also marked dilatation of the trachea and both major bronchi. Oblique sagittal image shows lobulation and diverticula in posterior aspect of trachea.
