Radiologic Findings
Chest CT scans show irrregular lobulated nodule with mild contrast enhancement in apicoposterior segment of left upper lobe. The nodule has small satellite nodular lesions and ground glass attenuated areas around the nodule. There was no enlarged lymph node in medistinum. No pleural eabnormality was noted
