Semi-invasive Aspergillosis
- Radiographically similar to the invasive form but differ in clinical course
- Segmental areas of consolidation c/s cavitations or adjacent pleural thickening
- Multiple nodular areas of increased opacity
- Association factor: DM, malnutrition, alcoholism, advanced age, prolonged corticosteroid Tx, COPD

Candida Pneumonia
- Opportunistic infection in the compromised patient with a significant morbidity and mortality
- Various response depending host factor
Bronchopneumonia from the oral cavity
