Imaging Findings
The diagnosis was base on transbronchial lung biopsy results.
Discussion
Etiology : aspiration or inhalation of mineral, vegetable, and animal oil
Diagnosis : Clinical history
Lipid-laden macrophages in BAL or TBLBx
Chest radiography : GGO, consolidation, and poorly defined small nodules
CT findings : GGA, poorly defined centrilobular nodules, crazy paving, and consolidation
Distribution : RLL>LLL>RML
