Chest radiograph
- multuiple pulmonary cysts of variable size
- Basilar predominance
- Prominent peribronchovascular marking
- Ill-defined nodular opacities

Chest CT
- Multiple thin-walled lung cysts of various sizes
- Random distribution, basilar predominance
- Nodular opacities, some of them having CT halo sign
- No thickening of BVB or interlobular septa
- Small mediastinal lymph nodes
- No pleural effusion
