Discussion
Prevalence: 5-50% of all varicella infections in adults

CXR
Multiple 5-10 mm ill-defined nodules
Hilar lymphadenopathy, pleural effusion are unusual
Resolve within a week after the disappearance of the skin lesions
Persist for several weeks: numerous, well-defined, randomly scattered, 2-3-mm dense calcifcations

HRCT
1-10 mm well-defined and ill-defined nodules diffusely throughout both lungs
Nodules with a ground-glass halo, pathcy GGO, coalescence of nodules
