(1) characterized by nodules (1-3cm in diameter, frequently cavitate)
(2) hemorrhagic infarction (ill-defined, wedge-shaped, subpleural)
(3) feeding vessel sign-misnomer, limited value
(4) tend to be numerous in the lower lobes
