OP & pathologic findings:
- 7x5x2 cm sized cystic mass
- 2 mm in average thickness
- Composed of unilocular cyst, containing serous clear fluid
- No communication with pericardial cavity

Characteristic location
- right cardiophrenic angle (65%)
- left cardiophrenic angle (25%)
Usually diagnostic of their cystic nature
Low CT number, but possible high CT number
Not always round
