Chief Complaint :
Multiple skin nodules

No chest symptom. Initially the lung lesions were incidentally found on abdominal CT for evaluating about hepatic nodules.

Acute onset of fever, dyspnea and arterial hypoxemia. His WBC count was normal and showed no peripheral eosinophilia at ER. Cardiac evaluation revealed normal.
