Diagnosis With Brief Discussion

Diagnosis
Malignant T-cell Lymphoma
Radiologic Findings
Multifocal patchy infiltrations are seen in both lungs on chest PA and chest CT. Multiple small lymph nodes are found in the mediastinum. Biopsy for tonsillar mass and bronchoscopic biopsy revealed malignant T-cell lymphoma.
