- Radiologic Findings
- Chest radiograph reveals well-defined mass in the mediastinum with obliteration of the right heart border.
Contrast-enhanced CT scans (mediastinal windowing) reveal right anterior mediastinal mass with heterogenous enhancement. Cystic area is demonstrated within the mass. Focal obliteration of the fat plane is seen between the mass and the right atrium with pericardial thickening.
