Diagnosis With Brief Discussion

Diagnosis
Angiosarcoma cystic metastasis to the lungs
Radiologic Findings
Abdominal mass was angiosarcoma.
Chest CT on 2008-11-22 shows multiple cysts in both lungs and hemorrage around the cyst in the RUL.Follow up chest CT on 2009-05-16 shows pneumothorax developed in the Rt hemithorax.
The size of some cysts increased and the cyst in the left apex transformed into the solid nodule.
