- Brief Review
- Scarcoidosis often presents mediastinal LN enlargement or lung parenchymal abnormalities. In cases involving sleen, CT demonstrates homogeneous splenomegaly or hypodense nodules, making it difficult to differentiate from metastases in the spleen.
