Diagnosis
A man in 80s with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
Radiologic Findings
Initial chest radiography on the day of admission shows multifocal areas of ground glass opacity in the right upper lobe and left lung (Figure 1). Chest CT images taken on the same day shows multifocal patchy ground glass opacity with interlobular septal thickening in the both lungs (Figure 2-4). Most of the lesions are located in the periphery of the lung parenchyma, but also peribronchial ground glass opacities are shown in the both lower lobes (Figure 4).

Treatment: ceftriaxone, hydroxychloroquine, kaleta
