- Chief Complaint Sx: chillness(day1)-> headache(day2) -> myalgia (day5)-> fever, diarrhea, cough, sputum (day6) / Exposure history: a visitor of the region of the outbreak

Figure 1. Initial chest PA shows no active lung lesion (6 days after symptom onset).
Figure 2. Follow up chest PA shows also no active lung lesion.
Figure 3-5. Chest CT images demonstrate multi-focal consolidation and ground glass attenuated lesions in both lower lobes with posterior peripheral predominance.
- Brief Review
- Past history: no known underlying disease
Treatment: antiviral (kaletra: lopinavir/ritonavir) & antibiotic (cefditroren, azithromycin) agents
Prognosis: stable state
