Diagnosis
A woman in 40s with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
Radiologic Findings
HD: hospital day
Figure 1. Initial chest PA shows no active lung lesion (6 days after symptom onset).
Figure 2. Follow up chest PA shows also no active lung lesion.
Figure 3-5. Chest CT images demonstrate multi-focal consolidation and ground glass attenuated lesions in both lower lobes with posterior peripheral predominance.
Brief Review
Past history: no known underlying disease
Treatment: antiviral (kaletra: lopinavir/ritonavir) & antibiotic (cefditroren, azithromycin) agents
Prognosis: stable state
