- Chest CT: Multifocal nodular thickening with calcifications at the trachea (involving the posterior membrane), Lt main bronchus, LLLobar bronchus, RML medial segmental bronchus and RLL lateral basal segmental bronchus
The patient underwent a bronchoscopic biopsy at the left main bronchus and the pathology showed amyloid deposition.
