Metastatic pericardial tumor: More common than primary tumor
-5-15% of malignant neoplasm
-Bronchogenic carcinoma, breast carcinoma, malignant melanoma, lymphoma, leukemia
Primary: Mesothelioma, fibrosarcoma….
Radiologic findings: pericardial effusion, pericardial thickening/enhancement, pericardial nodule/mass, invasion of myocardium/lung
Pericardial Tumor: Benign
- Pericardial cyst: Most common
- Others: intrapericardial teratoma, brochogenic cyst, thymoma, lymphangioma, lipoma….
