Nocardiosis was confirmed by culture of apirated material.
Discussion
-Opportunistic bacterial infection in patient with depressed cellular immunity: Leukemia, immunosuppressant, steroid, chemotherapy, AIDS, PAP
- Rare pulmonary infectious complication in renal transplantation(0.7-2.6% in large series)
- Radiologic findings:
May mimic actinomycosis
Pleural effusion
Consolidation with internal low density with or without cavitation
Multiple parenchymal and subpleural nodules
Chest wall invasion
