For the third time i seven year I stand on the lower step on the right side of Jun Jun Yeh, "The KSTR BOSS". Last year Carlo Florio got his second gold medal and I was fourth, we became also friends at the sea and now exchanging together in Italian. In 2011 there was only 340 points between Carlo and th sixth, Saeki Mototsugu from Japan, the race was rough but fair.
Because of the invitation at the 3rd WCTI, the year 2012 was the year to win. What an intense competition for the 2012 World's Cup, among "The Boss" who won in 2006, 2007 and 2008, Carlo winner in 2010 and 2011, Meric Tuzun from Turkey winner in 2004 and 2005, and I winner in 2009! also my friend Philippe Gay Depassier from the lake of Geneve was not too far...
I thought to be out of the podium because some misinterpretation of myself about PET-CT with no uptake in case of crypticoccosis (case 754) and myofibroblastic tumor (case 790), despite some "nice jibe" as spindle cell carcinoma of the esophagus (case 789). But Finally, like a sailing race, only one player made lesser faults than I did, and what a joy with the announcement of this second place.
It's a pleasure for me to accept the invitation of the KSTR board to fly in june to the 3rd WCTI in Seoul. I'll be there. It will give me the opportunity to thanks the members if the KSTR for how they expand our knowledge every week, to meet some compaions of what I call the "Brotherhood of International Thoracic Imaging", and, I hope, to congratulate "The Boss".

One cannot always win! Although I have to admit that I enjoyed it very much in 2010 and 2011 competitions. Anyhow remaining at the top of the ranking gives me a real joy and satisfaction and a further stimulus to be in 2013.
In addition to that, the invitation to WCTI 2013 for the Congress and the Award Ceremony is very exciting because it also gives me the opportunity of meeting my direct competitors, whom I sincerely estimate and admire.
I would also like to thank the Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology for making Weekly Chest Cases always more difficult and challenging; which forces the participants to continue studying and therefore improving, as proven by the constant increase of the final votes of the top scorers. This is the recipe for Weekly Chest Cases success in the years and in the world, together with a stimulating climate of Olympic and friendly competition. What else can one ask for?

Being a winner on KSTR weekly chest cases is a matter of great honor for me. Unfortunately due to prior commitments I will not be able to make it to the conference. I thank you with all my heart for such a cordial invitation. I hope that the conference is an overwhelming success. I look forward to another exciting year of learning with KSTR weekly chest cases.

Gangnam style's greetings혻from Seoul, caught last june in Namdaemun market.
Thanks a lot for how we have been welcomed in Korea, in Seoul, at the congress and at the Gala dinner. We were very pleased to meet some of the KSTR's players and webmasters in Seoul. We want another performance... I tell one more time to the webmasters, they would be welcome in my home if they come to France.
In 2013 I reached the worst score than I ever made. After the 2012's world championship, I was a little lazy. As a real King, "the Boss" Jun Jun Yeh stopped to play after his victory. But we have seen some others are still strong as "Il mio caro amico" Carlo Florio, or Justin Moses and Kaneko Yo, too. I hope they will be on the podium this year.
For 2014, after hopping a happy new year to everybody, an official announcement: I offer to the winner of the 2014's contest a dinner at the well famous Michelin's two stars restaurant in La Rochelle : "Richard Coutanceau".

I am very honored to receive an award of 2013 KSTR Weekly Chest Cases. I am looking forward to the case of every week to be presented since 2010, and I think that to learn each time would be useful in clinical work. I thank very much a webmaster and many doctors participating in the website.
