Please don't wake me up! It's a wonderful dream: participating in World Championship "Weekly Chest Cases" for 4 years and being always on TOP of the world (3 times in first and once in third)!!!
The challenge increases every year: cases are more and more difficult with very scant clinical information, competitors are always numerous, fierce and tough to beat.
On top of that, "Weekly Chest Cases" has something magic : It gave me the possibility and the privilege of meeting great and inspiring persons like my brotherly friend (and competitor) Denis Chabassiere and the opportunity to say hello to all the fellow participants, who are competitors and sincere friends at the same time.
A warm salute goes to the webmaster, Dr. Young Jin Kim, which I had the pleasure to get to know on that magical Gala dinner for the 2012 Weekly Chest Cases award, during the 2013 WCTI in Seoul.
The Weekly Chest Cases is like a "necessary drug", that you cannot live without. The contest is something difficult to let go... part game and... part work. I will continue to make "use this drug" also next year, despite of extra effort that my new job will require.

Dear Editor,
I am Dr. Yo Kaneko, radiological diagnostician at Kizawa Memorial Hospital, Minokamo City, central Japan. I am writing to express my joy and gratitude in receiving your association 's prize. 2013's contest had many challenging problems. My impression after the contest was that I made many mistakes and there was no way I would even place. So you can understand my elated surprise to hear that I actually won second place.
As a radiologist, I specialize in PET-CT diagnostics and I am especially fascinated by thoracic radiology. I love case quizes and I am a regular entrant of Radiology Diagnosis Please as well as the Congress of Japan Radiological Society's image interpretation session.
For a diagnostician in a city hospital with a large everyday load of run-of-the-mill cases, the weekly opportunity to review rare conditions via Weekly Chest Cases is more than just a wonderful training exercise. I dare say it is a reason to present to work with a smile on even the dreariest Monday. What I really love about your quiz is that you require not only the final answer, but the entire DDx. This makes it much more realistic and useful as a clinical learning tool.
As I accept this prize, I want to express my deepest thanks to all of the staff of the Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology who made this contest possible. I will aim for 1st place in next contest.

First, I just enjoyed in every single weekly case and charming home page of the site during one year of 2013. I did not expect of the award and I feel grateful. I studied a lot through the site. I was able to maintain the sensivitiy in my field as an expert. It was also a pleasant experience each week. I would like to turn the glory to residents and several colleagues of Asan medical center. I pay tribute to the sincerity and passion of the webmasters for having built up step by step training material of the site. I do expect to continue to develop of the site forever.

I am very proud to be one of the winners of KSTR weekly case. I thank you very much for all of the case suppliers. I have experienced new cases every week, and it make me more advanced in interpreting thoracic imaging. In last year, it was very interested in a case from India.
I hope to meet more and more the cases from foreign countries. And also I hope that KSTR weekly case would be the best website in learning thorax imaging.

Dear Young Jin Kim,
Gangnam style's greetings혻from Seoul, caught last june in Namdaemun market.
Thanks a lot for how we have been welcomed in Korea, in Seoul, at the congress and at the Gala dinner. We were very pleased to meet some of the KSTR's players and webmasters in Seoul. We want another performance... I tell one more time to the webmasters, they would be welcome in my home if they come to France.
In 2013 I reached the worst score than I ever made. After the 2012's world championship, I was a little lazy. As a real King, "the Boss" Jun Jun Yeh stopped to play after his victory. But we have seen some others are still strong as "Il mio caro amico" Carlo Florio, or Justin Moses and Kaneko Yo, too. I hope they will be on the podium this year.
For 2014, after hopping a happy new year to everybody, an official announcement: I offer to the winner of the 2014's contest a dinner at the well famous Michelin's two stars restaurant in La Rochelle : "Richard Coutanceau".
